And So Much More!

What Happens When You File a Personal Property Insurance Claim?
When you submit an insurance claim, your insurance company employs an adjuster who works for/is hired by them. They evaluate the loss by running a property insurance inspection and recommend a settlement. The insurance company’s adjuster is looking out for your insurance company’s best interests.  Our purpose is to look out for your best interests! We work for you, not the insurance company! Our Adjusters prepare, file, and negotiate maximum dollar settlements for your property insurance claims.

How is Ask An Adjuster’s 11-point, FREE Property Inspection different than what my insurance adjuster or contractor will do for me?
A contractor, like a roofer or construction company, will inspect only the areas within the scope of their work that you call them out to perform work on. They are not licensed to assist with your claim.

Your insurance company will offer an inspection as well, but it will most likely be much less complete, typically a 4-point inspection, compared to what we offer.

** Have a shed or dock? We’ll inspect those, too!

“After you performed a free roof inspection, you agreed to represent the association on a contingency basis, there would be no cost to the association if you were not successful and this was an easy decision for us. In less than 60 days, your expert team of engineers, negotiators and insurance experts, assisted us in our insurance company awarding us an additional $500,000 cash!"
