I never knew I could hire an outside adjuster that was not my insurance company? I had horrible water damage that ruined beautiful real wood floors that were throughout my home, my home insurance adjuster wanted to ONLY give me $10,000 per my policy. Nicole Aldridge, my assigned Ask An Adjuster was AMAZING!! She fought on my behalf and I did not have to do a thing!!!! I was able to get 3 times that much to get my home repaired and not have an out of pocket expense. If you have home damage, before you call your insurance company, CALL ASK AN ADJUSTER and ask for Nicole Aldridge!! She is awesome!!!

Craig was seriously the best. My insurance company was a not the easiest to deal with, but he handled everything like a champ. He kept me updated and fought for me every step of the way. He took the stress off of me and made the whole process easy. Highly recommend!
