Hello! My name is Frederick Hill Crawford (I go by Hill). Prior to receiving my public adjusters license in 2021, I was a licensed all-lines adjuster for 12 years. I worked as an independent adjuster for numerous insurance carriers, adjusting thousands of claims across several states. Literally hundreds of my latter assignments were to “clean up” supplemental claims that were underpaid or denied. The knowledge I gained is invaluable when advocating for you! My license number is P179083. I am also Haag Certified in Residential and Commercial roofing. 

I am married to the love of my life, Sylvia. We have one grown daughter who lives on her own. We live with our surrogate “yorkie”, Louie. Following my last tour of duty as a Navy Flight Instructor, we made Pensacola our home and love it! I love all things “geeky” or “gadgety”. From time to time Sylvia will playfully refer to me as Tim “the tool man” Taylor.

She too is a licensed Public Adjuster. Don’t let her calm southern drawl fool you. As a cancer survivor she’s tough as nails. No strangers to working together, we owned the local ServiceMaster franchise from 1995-2008. There, we gained hands-on experience with mold remediation, pack outs, water and fire damage restoration.

In my spare time I like to play golf, hunt and fish. We are grateful to be part of the Ask An Adjuster team.
