Course Overview
This course will focus on educating CAMs on how to navigate the difficult landscape of filing and handling an insurance claim as the insured or their manager. The goal is to educate attendees on their rights and duties as a policy holder. This class will provide general information on insurance, the insurance claims process, why insurance rates are up and how to lower them, as well as the most current information on the relevant legislative sessions.
